IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

This waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian before any child under 18 years of age can use the rental equipment. Adult supervision is required at all times.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By signing, I acknowledge that using rental equipment involves risk. I agree to supervise all participants, follow safety rules, and stop use if conditions become unsafe.

I release and hold harmless Ready Set Rent Events, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising from use of the equipment. I accept responsibility for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

I am at least 18 years old (or the parent/guardian of the participant) and I sign this waiver voluntarily.
